Report Information Security and Privacy incidents, suspicion of an incident, and/or questions in Service Now. If you do not have access to Service Now, send an email to helpdesk@vub.be.
Make sure that you do not include any sensitive information. If sensitive information is needed to manage the incident, indicate this in the ticket/email. The helpdesk employee will contact you to discuss how to provide this information in a safe manner.
